What types of photos can I use?
You can use a clear, sharp photo , ideally well framed, with good light in JPG or PNG format.
Smartphone photos work very well if the animal is clearly visible.
Can I see the result before printing?
Yes. You approve the final image yourself before it is printed.
Nothing is sent without your explicit consent.

How many creations can I make per day?
Each client can launch up to 3 creations per day . This allows us to maintain a high level of quality , with a real human perspective at every stage.
Is there a guide to help me choose my photo?
Yes. A size guide is available at the top of each product page. It helps you select the best product size to perfectly match your decor.
Can I add a title to my poster?
Of course. You can add a custom title to your creation. It fits the chosen style and adds an even more unique touch.
What if I don't like any of the generated images?
You are allowed up to 2 generations per product per day . If none of them suit you, you can restart a generation within the limit provided. You only pay when you are satisfied.
How are my images generated?
We use advanced artificial intelligence technology to transform your photo into a unique illustration, based on the universe you have chosen.
You are in control at every stage: you select the photo, the artistic universe, the title, and above all the final image that we print.
Delivery & Return Information
How long do I have to order my creation?
Generated designs are deleted at midnight each day. To avoid losing your poster, remember to complete your order within the day.
What are the delivery times?
Once the image is validated, your poster is printed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days.
You will receive a tracking link upon shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to several countries. Fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
What if my poster arrives damaged or with a defect?
We use high-end printers and reinforced packaging.
If, despite everything, a defect occurs , simply contact us with a photo and we will find a quick solution.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin production very quickly. Therefore, it is not possible to modify the design or photo after validation.
Can I return or exchange a product?
As our creations are entirely personalized , returns or exchanges are not possible. Each creation is custom-designed, based on your photo.
